Instructions for Cooking:
- fried rice
- 1 kg rice
- 1 cup spring onion
- 1/2 cup capsicum
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 TSP black pepper powder
- 2 Tsp vinegar
- 2 Tsp Soya sauce
- 1 Tsp chicken powder
- 1 egg
- 2 Tsp salt
- 2 Tsp oil
- manchorian Sauce
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup spring onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 4 Tsp chilli sauce
- 2 TSP Soya sauce
- 1 Tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp chicken powder
- 4 Red button chillies
- 2 Tsp oil
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 2 Tsp cornflour
- 1 cup water
- For chicken marination:
- 4 Tsp flour
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken
- 1 Tsp black pepper powder
- 1 egg
- 1 Tsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil for shallow frying
- 1 cup cauliflower
