Manchurian fried rice

A mouthwatering, simple, quick, and delectable Chinese cuisine, chicken manchurian can be served as an appetiser or as a side dish with the main course. Even at home, this Chicken Manchurian is delicious thanks to a blend of sauces and basic ingredients like onion, ginger, and garlic.
By shallow-frying the chicken instead of deep-frying it, you may reduce the amount of oil used while still ensuring that the chicken is cooked through and has a small crunch.

Instructions for Cooking:

  1. fried rice
  2. 1 kg rice
  3. 1 cup spring onion
  4. 1/2 cup capsicum
  5. 1/2 cup carrots
  6. 1 TSP black pepper powder
  7. 2 Tsp vinegar
  8. 2 Tsp Soya sauce
  9. 1 Tsp chicken powder
  10. 1 egg
  11. 2 Tsp salt
  12. 2 Tsp oil
  13. manchorian Sauce
  14. 1 cup onion
  15. 1 cup spring onion
  16. 1 cup ketchup
  17. 4 Tsp chilli sauce
  18. 2 TSP Soya sauce
  19. 1 Tsp vinegar
  20. 1 tsp black pepper
  21. 2 Tsp brown sugar
  22. 2 tsp chicken powder
  23. 4 Red button chillies
  24. 2 Tsp oil
  25. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  26. 2 Green chillies chopped
  27. 2 Tsp cornflour
  28. 1 cup water
  29. For chicken marination:
  30. 4 Tsp flour
  31. 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  32. 1 Tsp black pepper powder
  33. 1 egg
  34. 1 Tsp red chilli sauce
  35. 1 tsp salt
  36. Oil for shallow frying
  37. 1 cup cauliflower
